Used to.

The beginning of MCO Phase 4 has started yesterday and now we are on Day 44. It has been almost two months of the lockdown and we are all adjusting to this ‘new’ normal.

As an introvert myself, I don’t mind staying home for as long as it takes but not gonna lie, I do miss going out. I miss riding the train to work, driving to malls with my brother, go trekking at the nearby forest trail, coffee sessions with my besties, short getaway to some local islands.

I know it seems dramatic, like, barely two months and I miss doing the things I used to do before all of this kinda happen.

There’s this quote I got when I started working – Change is Good. Boy, did I used to deny that saying..haha..but eventually, it does have a strange true meaning to it. Who knows, maybe something good will come out from all of this events.

Ramadhan Kareem

Wishing everyone a bless Ramadhan this year.

Ramadhan this year is quite unique as below.

1. The Ramadhan bazaar are closed. Kinda sad that we will not be able to get our bazaar regulars such as roti john, cendol, ayam percik, some kuehs, air jagung, soya cincau and much more. On the bright side, this will help control our food intakes during iftar at home where my dad will be cooking 🙂

2. Iftar at home for the next 30 days. Won’t be able to break fast with friends, at the mosque, Ramadhan buffet at hotels and family gatherings. Hint: Can save some moneyy..haha..

3. Tarawikh at home. My father & BIL will rotational be the imam.

Alhamdulillah for another year of Ramadhan.
